Surface finishes :

Commercial manufacturing length: 6000 mm. Materials
can be supplied in agreed length directly by the stripforming
machine or by a shearing machine.
Tolerance :
- outer diameter (round tubes)
: ± 0,4% with a minimum of ±0,10 mm
;
- sides (sectioned tubes) : ± 0,1 mm ;
-minimum curving radius: 2,5 - 3 times the outer diameter
of the tube.

Steel tubes, obtained from aluminium and silicon hot-plated
steel strips, with aluminium facing on welded area;
riveted or unbeaded internal bead welding.
Surface coating 20 microns (120 grams/sq.m) and 30
microns (180 grams/sq.m) with special drawing characteristics,
for specific use in the production of silencers for
cars.

Coating mass in grams/sq.m. (weighing 100 g, 140
g, 200 g, 225 g, 275 g) with zinc facing on welding
area according to International Standard EN 10142,
NFA 35-503, DIN 5753.

Steel tubes obtained from aluminium-plated cold-rolled
strips, with aluminium facing on welded area; welding
riveted or unbeaded internal bead by request according
to DIN 1624.
Tube with special heat resistance and thermal oxidization
properties used in the production of tubes and silencers
for car.
